Winner at FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Award 2011

Bharti Crescent, New Delhi - a Bharti Realty project has been awarded by FIABCI PRIX D’EXCELLENCE Award 2011, for Best Development in Office Category (Runners Up) at an award ceremony which was held in Cyprus on the 19th of May 2011.

FIABCI is the French acronym for “Federation Internationale des Administrateurs de Bien‐Conselis Immobiliers”, which means “The International Real Estate Federation”. This award is recognized as the most prestigious global real estate award and is considered as ‘Oscars’ of the Real Estate industry.

The FIABCI Prix d'Excellence recognizes the project that best embodies excellence in all the real estate disciplines involved in its creation. Awarded by an international panel comprising top real estate professionals and experts, the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence rewards overall merit and not just aesthetics, functionality or size. Assessment of World FIABCI Award 2011 covers several aspects i.e. architecture, technical, quality town planning, financial methods, profitability, marketing advantage marketing results, outcome, impact on the environment, and the benefits felt by the community.
