Not surprisingly, today Worldmark is a chosen home of many global giants like EY, MUFG, Mitsui & Co., International Monetary Fund, International Finance Corporation, KPMG, BAE Systems, Safran, Hitachi, Emirates, Pernod Ricard, Airbus and Sumitomo Corporation to name a few.

Located in the neighbourhood of IGI, international airport for the capital, the first of its three phases was completed in 2015, with a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 1.5 million sq. ft. apart from Atelier, a premium concept of independent office suites at the airport which followed the suite recognizing the need for long lease flexi offices. The Walk, a vibrant retail and F&B destination built in to the concept, houses over 50 retail tenants and many leading F&B outlets.
