Key Responsibilities:

- - Ensure cost reduction and value engineering in required specification.
- - Prepare the micro schedule of finishes works in line with Master Schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- - Determine causes and implement preventive measures of unsafe practices, accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases.
- - Report or review findings from accident investigations, facilities inspections or environmental testing.
- - Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations and industrial processes.
- - Inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
- - Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas such as safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment.

Position: MEP-Electrical (Manager)
Reporting: Head- MEP
Qualification: BE / B.Tech Electrical Engineer
Location: Worldmark, Aerocity
Experience: 8-12 years in construction industry, especially in modern IT, commercial, multi-storey projects having detailed practical knowledge of central AC/ District cooling, installation of sub-stations, HT supply, back-up power supply, alternate sources of energy and IBMS, Fire Fighting & plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and Budgeting –
- - Providing technical support with special reference to preparation of Tender Documents, work schedules costing, project and financial feedback reports for Electrical and HVAC installations.
- - Conducting weekly reviews of the progress of works with the support of projects M & E Engineers.
- - Preparing of detailed project reports with respect to services in consultation with consultants.
- - Providing specialist electrical, HVAC and related inputs during concept design stage.
- - Reviewing the monthly, weekly, daily project schedules prepared by the Project Incharge.
- - Validating BOQ for electrical, HVAC and related works as prepared by the architect.
- - Analyzing electrical, HVAC and related tender bids and prepare rate analysis documents.
• Execution and Supervision –
- - Engineering and ensure quality of material and workmanship.
- - Ensuring execution as per the approve shop drawings as well as specifications through PIC and MEP site engineer.
- - Ensuring coordination for timely execution of works with the support of project M & E engineers.
- - Assisting project in charge in – Developing electrical, HVAC and related contractors, Pre-qualification of electrical, HVAC and related contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
In the role, the following illustrative list of responsibilities are included, but not limited to
Coordination:
- - Coordinate all the activities of the project, be an interface between the vendors and the consultants and ensure timely delivery of GFC drawings at site.
- - Ensures execution as per the approved shop drawings, GFC drawings as well as specifications.
- - Coordinate with consultants to resolve any site related execution issues on time.
- - Clarify any missing detail in the drawing to the site team whenever required.
- - Coordination between the architect and consultants on one hand and contractor on the other hand for timely delivery of drawings and details.
- - Supervision
